Dr. Te-Huan Liu is currently a professor at the School of Energy and Power Engineering, HUST since 2019. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in the Institute of Applied Mechanics, NTU in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Advanced Study in Theoretical Sciences, NTU, and from 2015 to 2019, at the MIT NanoEngineering Group under the supervision of Prof. Gang Chen. His research interests include: (1) phonon-phonon and electron-phonon couplings and energy conversion in semiconductors; (2) application of neural network interatomic potential in thermal transport of solid materials; and (3) ion transport phenomena in solid electrolyte systems. He has led one NSFC project and participated in one NKRDPC as a core member. He has published over 40 SCI papers such as PNAS, Adv. Mater., npj Comput. Mater., Energy Storage Mater., with an h-index of 23.
