Xiaobo Li is currently an associate professor of Energy and Power Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He got Bachelor degree from the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) at 2004, Master degree from the Institute of Engineering Thermophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences at 2007 and Ph.D. degree from University of Colorado at Boulder (CU-Boulder) at 2012. From 2012-2014, he workded as a PostDoc at Department of Mechanical Engineering, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He is mainly working on developing thermal energy storage materials with high-energy density and low cost, and developing advanced electric heating technology. He is also interested in thermal management for electronic devices, including power electronics, batteries, etc. He has published 30+ journal papers with 2000 citations.
