Dr. Puqing Jiang is currently a full research professor in the School of Power and Energy Engineering at Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Tsinghua University in 2008 and 2010, respectively, and his Ph.D. degree from the National University of Singapore in 2015. He worked as a postdoc in the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Pittsburgh, respectively, from 2016 to 2021. After that, he joined Huazhong University of Science and Technology as a faculty. His main research interest includes micro/nanoscale thermal measurements, interfacial thermal conductance, thermal transport phenomena at high temperatures, and near-junction thermal management of chips.
